Shipping policy

Order Preparation We’re a small team with big packing energy. We prepare orders Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays, when even our packing tape gets a day off.

Standard items ship within 4–5 business days. Items awaiting restock may take up to 15 business days. Transit time starts after your order ships, not while we’re giving it its final pep talk.

U.S. Shipping No passport required! All U.S. orders ship from our U.S. warehouse, with no import duties or customs fees. Just your order, making its way to you.
